Discuss an Integration
KNAYK LABS designs and builds APIs, integration layers, and platforms that connect applications, data, partners, and business workflows around existing systems.
Connect sign-up, billing, account access, and support so customers can move through your product with fewer manual handoffs.
Discuss this workflowSynchronize orders, inventory, or customer records across systems, with clear rules for conflicts and failed updates.
Discuss this workflowLet partners use selected capabilities through controlled access, documented interfaces, and an agreed onboarding process.
Discuss this workflowAn example integration flow: move an approved order from your application to inventory and fulfillment, with an explicit route for failures.
A customer submits an order. The application sends an authenticated request with the required details.
Validate the request, map its fields, and identify duplicates before coordinating downstream updates.
Check availability and update the inventory system according to the agreed reservation and consistency rules.
Create the fulfillment task, record its outcome, and return status to the requesting application.
Choose a system to inspect it, or trace an example order.
Record the exception. Retry only where appropriate, route unresolved work to a person, and reconcile incomplete or conflicting updates.
Make the connection usable, controlled, and maintainable. Requirements and implementation are agreed for your environment.
Give consumers a clear interface and a predictable way to handle change.
Agree data schemas, validation, error responses, examples, and compatibility policies. Document onboarding and migration steps when interfaces change.
Limit access to the capabilities and information each integration needs.
Define authentication, authorization, credential handling, and encryption requirements. Include rate limits and sensitive-data handling where relevant. Specialist audits or compliance requirements need explicit scope.
Make failures discoverable and recovery practical for the operating team.
Agree logs, metrics, correlation identifiers, retry behavior, duplicate handling, and escalation. Define performance targets and support ownership rather than assuming blanket availability guarantees.
Clarify dependencies early and validate the connection before it becomes part of daily operations.
Identify systems, owners, data flows, access constraints, and the business outcome.
Agree interface contracts, authentication, data mappings, and failure handling.
Test representative scenarios, including duplicate events and unavailable systems.
Plan migration, monitoring, documentation, and operational handover.
Bring the systems, the workflow, and the outcome you need. A focused first step can clarify the technical and operational constraints.
Scope, deliverables, access requirements, fees, and timing are agreed before work begins.
This page describes our platform and integration services. Access to a specific KNAYK product API depends on that product’s availability and onboarding terms. Contact us to discuss the capability you need.
We assess the available APIs, authentication methods, documentation, and vendor constraints first. Some integrations may need vendor approval, additional licensing, or an alternative exchange mechanism.
Access controls, credential storage, encryption requirements, and data handling are defined during design. Regulatory requirements and specialized security reviews need to be included in the agreed scope.
We plan behavior around the workflow: retries, duplicate handling, alerts, and recovery procedures where appropriate. Availability targets and support responsibilities are agreed rather than assumed.
We assess supported export, import, file exchange, and integration options before proposing an approach. Feasibility depends on vendor constraints and access; a direct real-time connection is not always available or appropriate.
We review the systems involved, interface quality, data mapping, test environments, and rollout constraints. Discovery or a focused pilot may be needed before a reliable implementation estimate can be agreed.
Documentation, examples, source-code access, licensing, and handover are specified in the engagement agreement. Terms may differ for custom integrations and licensed product capabilities.
Tell us which systems you use, what data needs to move, and the workflow you want to improve.
